I called at half past one on Sunday night because the pain was overwhelming. They accepted me immediately, and the doctor tried to save my tooth with a thorough and as pain-free-as-possible procedure. The information and the payment process were both fair. I am glad I did not wait until morning.
Incredible professionalism and flawless work. I called in the morning; they did not answer at first, but called me back about 5 minutes later and gave me an appointment for 2:30 for an inflamed tooth. I arrived 10 minutes early, the exceptionally kind receptionist helped me complete the usual paperwork, then I was practically called in immediately. I explained which tooth was inflamed, and the doctor calmly said, simply and to the point, “we will extract it.” He warned me before giving the injection that it would hurt (it did not :) ), and also explained the drainage of the inflamed abscess beforehand (that did not hurt either). I sat outside while the anaesthetic took effect, then went back in and sat in the chair. Without exaggeration, my tooth was out within 10 seconds, without any discomfort. Hats off to the entire staff.
